We have worked as EFL teachers at different language schools around Spain since 2000. Natalie also taught English literacy, science, drama and maths for First Grade Primary at a bilingual international school. In addition, we have worked as English language teachers and team leaders at an institute of Higher Education in the UAE. We now freelance from the mountains of Andalucía.

As English language teachers we provide a student centred immersive experience for our students, drawing on different methodologies and resources to engage and stimulate the learner.  As well as utilizing the more traditional methods for teaching and learning, we also employ eLearning and blended learning, incorporating smart technologies such as phones, tablets and the interactive whiteboard.

Our professional experience includes, but is not limited to, team leading, ELT materials design and development, ELT assessment design and development, item writing, English for Academic Purposes and Cambridge English Language Assessment preparation. (http://www.cambridgeenglish.org/)

Freelancing allows us to love life in the Spanish countryside; the open spaces, the wildlife, the landscapes, walking and playing with our dogs – and dreaming!
